Aggrieved by the inaction of 2nd respondent - Deputy Commissioner of Central tax, in refusing to receive the technical bid of the petitioner, present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, submit that technical bid of the petitioner was considered and rejected, and 2nd respondent also intimated the same to the petitioner vide letter dated 01.06.2018.

In view of the above representation, cause in the writ petition does not survive and the same is accordingly dismissed. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
