This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 14.07.2010 in I.A.No.40 of 2010 in O.S.No.25 of 2002 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge at Gadwal.

On 19.06.2013 this Court granted interim stay for a period of six weeks. Thereafter, no stay was granted. As per the office note, the above suit was disposed of on 29.04.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. In view of the office note, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
