ORDER

This revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the order dated 08.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.112 of 2016 in O.P.No.1316 of 2014 by the Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, dismissing the petition filed under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 CPC.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the main O.P., itself was disposed of on 21.10.2017 by the trial Court, the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
