This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 14.06.2011 in I.A.No.607 of 2011 in A.S.S.R.No.2455 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

As per the office note, A.S.S.R.No.2455 of 2011 was numbered as A.S.No.14 of 2012 and the same was disposed of on 14.05.2013.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
