ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.428 of 2016 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate at Miyapur, Kukatpally, Cyberabad.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. It is represented that the petitioner/A4 was shown as absconding in the charge sheet and consequently issuance of warrant was sought for.

4. Hence, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner/A4 to appear before the learned Magistrate concerned and file a petition to recall the warrant. On filing such petition, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of the same on the same day.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
