It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner in the Revision Petition has died and his legal representatives, in spite of being informed of the same, have not taken any steps to come on record.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
