THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAGHVENDRA SINGH CHAUHAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4370 OF 2018 ORDER:

Mr. A.Najeeb Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the revision petition while seeking liberty to file a fresh suit. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit has been dismissed only on technical grounds and hence, liberty as prayed for shall be granted to him. Granting liberty as sought for, the Civil Revision Petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
