HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19376 of 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that he filed revision before the 2nd respondent under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, aggrieved by the order dated 23.05.2016, passed by the 3rd respondent in D.Dis.(B)/740/2015, and that as the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since the revision filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision after issuing notice to the affected parties in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
