THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION NO.272 OF 2017 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2015 on the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Kadiri, Ananthapur District, and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Proddatur. Sri G.Sekhar Reddy, on instructions of M.Karibasaiah, learned counsel for the respondent, submitted no objection to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2015 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Kadiri, Ananthapur District, and transfer the same to the file of Family Court at Proddatur.

In view of the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge Court at Kadiri, Ananthapur District, and transferred the same to the file of Family Court at Proddatur. In the result, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
