THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS CONTEMPT CASE No. 407 OF 2013 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Very grudgingly, the State Government has complied with the order dated 16.03.2012 passed by this Court in W.V.M.P.No. 1370 of 2011 in W.P.M.P.No. 33054 of 2010 in Writ Petition No. 25887 of 2010, day before yesterday. Though this is not the ideal manner in which the orders passed by the Courts are to be complied with, but however, we consider that this is not one of those rare cases where the respondents should be proceeded against.

Hence, this Contempt Case is dismissed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
