HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.33379 OF 2015 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed complaining inaction in disposing of a representation said to have been filed by the petitioners on 05.09.2015.

The petitioners pray for the following relief: ".....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue, a Writ, Order or Orders more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from their respective small extent of 40 cents of agriculture land in Survey No.212 of Gundlapally Village, Nakrekallu Mandal as the petitioners are cultivating said agriculture land since more than 50 years, by holding the action of the respondents in taking steps to evict the petitioners from their peaceful possession of their respective 40 cents of agriculture land in Survey No.212 of Gundlapally Village without any due process of law and further not allotting any other Govt. Land to the petitioners being landless poor persons is as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and pass....."

Having regard to the circumstances of the case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 05.09.2015 and pass orders within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
