HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26336 OF 2018 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the respondents 2 & 3 in not taking any action against 5th respondent for not returning the original certificates of the petitioner, on the ground that certain fee amount is not paid to the 5th respondent college. Heard Sri Ch.Ravinder, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel for the 5th respondent. Learned counsel for the 5th respondent submits that since the petitioner and his father failed to give proper acknowledgement for receipt of the certificates, the same could not be delivered to the petitioner. Now, he produced original as well as Xerox copies of certificates of the petitioner i.e., Transfer Certificate, Study & Conduct Certificate dated 25.04.

2018, Secondary School Certificate Marks Memo, Intermediate Memorandum of Marks along with Pass Certificate cum Memorandum of Marks dated 12.04.2018 and handed over original certificates to the petitioner and that the petitioner and his father acknowledged the receipt of the same. Recording the receipt of original certificates by the petitioner and his father, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
