THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside letter No.SE/O/SAO/JAO/HT/ACD/D.No.315, dated 20.5.2012, of respondent No.2 whereunder he has demanded additional consumption deposit.

As the demand was made for the year 2012-2013, which has long expired, the writ petition is disposed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions which are raised in this writ petition in the event a similar demand in future is raised by the respondents.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, interim order dt.28.6.2012 shall stand vacated, and W.P.M.P. Nos.24711 and 36328 of 2012 and W.V.M.P. No.4220 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
