HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8333 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondents 1 to 4 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5.

Petitioner's grievance is that the respondents have erected a thermal power station through respondent No.5 in the petitioner's land, without paying any compensation to the petitioner under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has issued a representation/legal notice dt.01.10.2015 to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and that no orders have been passed by them in this regard. Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition states that respondents 2 to 4 will consider petitioner's representation/legal notice dt.01.10.2015 and pass

orders on it, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 to 4 to pass orders on the petitioner's representation/legal notice dt.01.10.2015 within six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
