HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1219 of 2005 ORDER:

This revision is preferred against the judgment dated 26.03.2004 in L.R.A.No.23 of 2001 on the file of the Chairman, L.R.A.T.-cum-II Additional District Judge, R.R.District.

2. As seen from the proceeding sheet, on the request of learned Government Pleader matter is being adjourned from time to time for taking steps against respondents against whom the revision is dismissed for non payment of batta. On 19.11.2014 a specific order is passed granting two weeks time for taking steps with condition of failing to take such steps, the matter stands dismissed without reference to Court. The order dated 19.11.2014 is not complied, therefore, as per the said order, this revision stands dismissed even without reference to Court, but unnecessarily it is again listed.

3. Therefore, civil revision petition is dismissed as per the conditional order dated 19.11.2014. No costs.
