The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 3 and 4 are calling the petitioner to the police station and making him to sit for hours together without therebeing any complaint or case registered against him and thereby causing interference with the life and liberty of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that no crime or case is registered against the petitioner and the petitioner is not required in any case.

In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law.
