Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not conducting survey relating to the land admeasuring Ac.36-06 guntas in Survey No.759 of Bejjanki Village of Bejjanki Tahsil Mandal, Karimnagar District. It appears that on the application of the petitioner dated 13.02.2015, the Assistant Director, Survey and Settlement, ninth respondent, has informed the petitioner in File No.A11/117/15 dated 13.03.2015 that on scrutiny it was found that the concerned record for survey is in damaged condition and as such the copy of Tippan of survey No.227 cannot be given. Further, the petitioner had also approached the Commissioner, Land Survey and Record on 28.08.2014 requesting for conducting of survey. Questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the application of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Learned government pleader for Revenue, on instructions, reports that the Assistant Director requires three months time to conduct survey.

4. In view of that, writ petition is disposed of directing the Assistant Director, ninth respondent, to consider the request of the petitioner and complete the survey after following the due procedure prescribed by law expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
