THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26297 of 2018 ORDER:

In view of the availability of alternative remedy under the provisions of Section 207(2) of the Motor Vehicles Act, the petitioner herein is given liberty to avail the said remedy by filing an application along with relevant documents before respondent No.3 within a period of three days from today under the said provision of law. If any such application is filed by the petitioner, within the stipulated period, the respondent no.3 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said application within a period of one week thereafter. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
