HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.9713 OF 2007 ORDER:

This Writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the balance of compensation due to the petitioner in E.P. No.120 of 2005 in O.P. No.86 of 1994 before the Senior Civil Judge, Pithapuram, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith deposit the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader informed that the respondents have already deposited the amount due to the petitioner in the above E.P. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J February 10, 2017.
