ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare order, vide Proc.No.511/E/2012, dated 21.4.2012, of respondent No.2 as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Mr. G.Sundareshan, learned counsel representing Mr. P.Govind Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 27.4.2012, in WPMP.No.15808 of 2012 is vacated and WPMP.Nos.15808 and 16498 of 2012 are dismissed as infructuous.
