This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in taking action on the complaints made by the petitioner dated 20-07-2018, 22-07-2018 and 23-07-2018 against respondents 4 to 7 and their family members.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the complaint dated 23-07-2018 of the petitioner was enquired into and the same was found to be civil in nature and the petitioner was also informed about the same.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available to him under law.
