CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.25722 of 2016 23.11.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus to the respondents to produce Kalakonda Madhu @ Srinivas @ Ravi @ Sat @ Venkat Reddy @ Venkat, S/o Chalamanda before this Court and set him free by setting aside the detention order, dated 12.11.2015, of respondent No.2 as confirmed in G.O.Rt.No.258, General Administration (Law & Order) Department, dated 04.02.2016, issued by respondent No.1. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.Challa Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the alleged detenu has served the term of detention as per the detention order, dated 12.11.2015 and that on completion of the same, he was already released. He has, accordingly, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
