At the admission stage the following order is passed. The petitioner is the appellant in Crl.A.No.562 of 2014. He filed the petition under Section 389 Cr.P.C. seeking suspension of sentence. Learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judged, Ranga Reddy District in his order dated 11.08.2014 directed the sentence imposed by II Special Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur in C.C.No.111 of 2011 be suspended on the same terms and conditions imposed by the trial Court and further, the appellant shall deposit an amount of Rs.3 lakhs within one month from the date of order. Now, the submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that pursuant to the order of the Appellate Court petitioner has already deposited Rs.2 lakhs before the trial Court and she being a lady could not secure the balance amount of Rs.1 lakh to oblige the order of the Appellate Court and hence time may be granted. Considering her request the petitioner is granted four weeks time from the date of this order for depositing the balance amount of Rs.1 lakh before the trial Court.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
