HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.9297 of 2014 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner would represent that the present petition has become infructuous in view of filing of charge sheet by the Investigating Officer.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jaggaiahpet, has taken cognizance and assigned C.C.No.22 of 2014.

Since charge sheet is filed and the same is assigned C.C.No.22 of 2014, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
