When the matter was called on 08.08.2019, none appeared. Hence, the office was directed to list this matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 29.08.2019. However, even on 29.08.2019, there was no representation. Subsequently, the matter was called on 24.10.2019, but it was adjourned to today, as there was no representation. Today, despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', none appeared for the petitioner. This Court has no other option except to dismiss the case for default as well as for non-prosecution.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default as well as for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
