Petition under Article 226 of lhe constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in not considering I petitioner Dharani Application No.2200074385 dated 211o712022 and not I correcting the data in revenue records for agricultural land in sy No.465/U/2 to an extent of Ac.6-06 gts situated in Lemuru Village, Kandukuru Division and Mandal, Rangareddy District as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 21 and 300-A af Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to correct the data in revenue records by acting upon the Dharani application No. 2200074385 dated 2110712022 in ihe interest of justice.

VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30496 OF 2023 ORDER:(ORAL) This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not acting upon Dharani Application No.2200074385 dated 21.07.2022 for correction of data in revenue records in respect of the land wrongly shown as "Ac.0-10 guntas" instead of "Acs.6-16 guntas" in Survey No.465lUl2 situated at Lemuru Village, Kandukuru Division and [Vlandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 21 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia. 2.

lt is stated that originally the father of the petitioner, Andugula Kumar s/o. A. Chandraiah, owned total extent of Acs.6-16 guntas in Survey No.465 situated at Lemuru Village, Kandukur Division and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The said land was gifted to the petitioner by his father under registered gift settlement deeds bearing document No.2147 of 2008 dated 'l 1.03.2008 and document No.1913 of 2008 dated 29.02.2008. On verification of Dharani records, it was found that instead of Acs.6-'16 guntas in Survey No.465/U/2, only an extent of Ac.0-10 guntas is entered in the name of the petitioner. According to the petitioner, there is missing extent of Ac.6-06 guntas in Survey No.465/U/2 in the revenue records. The petitioner submitted Dharani application No.2200074385 dated 21.07.2022 for correction of

.) data in revenue records, but so far the same has not been acted upon by the respondents.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to oversight, the missing extent is shown as "Acs.6-13 guntas" instead of "Acs.6-06 guntas" in Dharani Portal.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on Dharani application of the petitioner.

Recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider Dharani application No. 2200074385 dated 21.07.2022 submitted by the petitioner, for correction of data in revenue records in respect of the land wrongly shown as "Ac.0-10 guntas" instead of "Acs.6-16 guntas" in Survey No.465/U/2 situated at Lemuru Village, Kandukuru Division and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, by issuing notice to the concerned/interested persons and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
