HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 26358 of 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) 1) This writ petition by the borrowers, challenges the e-auction notice dated 12.07.2018.
2) It is stated today by Mr.Podila Hari Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent-bank that the auction failed and that this writ petition has become infructuous.
3) That it is so, it is also born out by the fact that a fresh sale notice was issued on 22.10.2018, which has become the subject matter of another Writ Petition No.42631 of 2018. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, it is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition stand dismissed. No order as to costs. _____________________ V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J ________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J January 25, 2019 gkv
