The petitioner challenges the opening and continuation of rowdy-sheet by respondent Nos.3 and 4 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader places on record written instructions, dated 29.11.2017, and also proceedings, dated 22.09.2015, and contends that during the pendency of the writ petition, the rowdy-sheet which is the subject matter of writ petition was closed and the cause of action does not survive.

For the above reasons, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
