Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar v. Union of India[1], seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, at the first instance.

Hence, preserving the said liberty, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
