THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESW ARA RAO W RI T PETI TI ON No.2 6 0 8 8 of 2 0 1 6 ORDER:

The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land of an extent of Ac.9.35 guntas in Sy.No.51 situated in Akenpalli Village, Bellampally Mandal. But, he came to know that the names of his brothers i.e., respondent Nos. 5 and 7, and the son of my another brother i.e., R.6, were entered into the revenue records in collusion with respondent No.4. Thereafter, he submitted an application dt. 04.08.2015, 09.11.2015 and 25.01.2016 and the same were not considered. In those circumstances, he sought correction of entries. A perusal of the affidavit filed by the petitioner shows that revenue records contained the names of the respondent Nos. 5 to 7 from 2001-2002 onwards. In such a case, the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the Joint Collector for appropriate relief. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file appropriate application/ revision before the Joint Collector against the entries made in the revenue records.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
