The petitioner was appointed as a permanent Fair Price Shop dealer of Shop No.14, Malkapuram Village, Rayadurgam Mandal, Anantapur District. He filed an appeal before the second respondent, but the second respondent passed an order on 28.07.2015 remanding the matter to the R.D.O for de novo enquiry for passing final orders. When no final orders were passed during the period of 60 days, the present writ petition is filed.

Now it is clear from the order of the Joint Collector dated 28.07.2015 that the third respondent was directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders. Even after two months of that order the enquiry was not completed. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no show cause notice was issued.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to conduct an enquiry in respect of the allegations levelled against the petitioner by issuing show cause notice to the petitioner, inviting his explanation, conduct an enquiry, and pass final orders thereon. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
