HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.26564 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent as in action for not pronouncing orders in the file DI/36/2017 is illegal arbitrary and against Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also instruction to be given to the 4th Respondent to pass orders in file D1/36/2017 within stipulated time given by this Honourable court..."

The petitioner further states that on account of pendency of the revision, the petitioner is put to physical and mental hardship. The petitioner refers to F.I.R. No.167/ 2017. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the revision pending in Case No.D1/ 36/ 2017 is disposed of within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
