Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the fourth respondent in mutating the name of the petitioner in revenue records by issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.00 or 4800 square yards in Survey No.193/ A known as Narayana vagili Chelka near Patha Narasimha Devasthanam situated at Peddireddygudem, H/ o.Datapalli Village, Yadagirigutta Mandal on the basis of registered sale deed document No.4552/ 2014, dated 29.11.2014 as illegal and arbitrary'.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the application dated 10.02.2015 for the above mentioned relief.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the request of the petitioner could be considered if it is in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the application dated 10.02.2015 made for mutation of the name of the petitioner in revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.00 or 4800 square yards in Survey No.193/ A known as Narayana vagili Chelka near Patha Narasimha Devasthanam situated at Peddireddygudem, H/ o.Datapalli Village, Yadagirigutta Mandal, if it is in prescribed form, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
