Heard the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 3.

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 and 2 in calling the petitioner to police station and pressuring the petitioner to vacate from agricultural land in Survey No.529/ AA in an extent of Ac.2-00 at Lingareddypalli Gram Panchayat, Siddipet Mandal, Medak District as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Crime No.260 of 2013 was registered against the petitioner, and the summoning to police station or interacting with petitioner was only in pursuance and as part of investigation in the said crime. This Court is of the view that since crime is pending the respondents 1 and 2 can investigate in accordance with law. The petitioner failed to make out a case for granting any relief.
