This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 08.06.2016 passed in I.A.No.148 of 2016 in O.S.No.203 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kadiri, Anantapur District.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.203 of 2012 on 22.11.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
