This Writ Petition is filed and admitted in the year 2001 and since then the matter underwent several adjournments. On 18.02.2016, as there was no representation, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioners either in the forenoon or in the afternoon sessions. It appears the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
