THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.23112 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to declare the action of the 1st respondent Corporation as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 1st respondent to cancel the tender Notice No.LIDCAP/P&C/ADVT-CFC/2008, dated 12.07.2013, by facilitating the Traditional Leather Artisans to utilize the machinery of the NILEX Center for their up-liftment. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

When the matter came up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the respondents that the said tender was not given effect and subsequently a new tender was called in the year 2014.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
