It is the case of the petitioner that basing on the crime registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.56 of 2012, rowdy sheet was opened against him and later after filing charge sheet, the same is numbered as CC.No.57 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palkol, West Godavari District under Sections 3, 4 and 5 (a) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. After trial, the petitioner was acquitted in the said case on 01-04-2015. Though the same was brought to the notice of respondents, rowdy sheet was not closed by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. In similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.Nos 23765 and 23703 of by its order dated 11-07-2018 granting liberty to the petitioners therein to make representation to the competent authority and the competent authority is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of representation.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make representation to the 3rd respondent stating the above facts and on making such application, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and take action

accordingly, within a period of four weeks from the date of representation.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
