HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23850 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings in D.Dis.B/696/2015 dated 07.05.2015 as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) for respondents 1 to 5. Admittedly, the petitioner has an alternative remedy to file before the Joint Collector and the same is not disputed by her. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to avail the alternative remedy available to the petitioner.No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
