No. 26728 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 15.06.2018 in O.A.No. 1135 of 2018 whereby the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, while dismissing the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, observed that the petitioner made a representation dated 02.08.2017 to the Government for dropping proceedings, therefore, the Tribunal cannot entertain this application at this stage. Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 02.08.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
