When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein submitted an application dated 24.08.2018 before the second respondent/Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Chairperson, State Level Committee, for sanction of additional vertical band saw. Now a request is made by the learned counsel to direct the second respondent herein to place the said application before the State Level Committee for further action and for the said course of action there is no objection expressed by the learned Government Pleader. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify and place before the State Level Committee the application dated 24.08.2018, which is placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taken on record by this Court, for passing appropriate orders within a period of four months from today. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
