THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT W.P.No.27136 OF 2016 ORDER:

Vide present writ petition, the petitioners seek direction thereby directing the respondents to pay amount of compensation together with interest pursuant to the Award dated 30.03.2013 of the Land Acquisition Officer in respect of petitioners houses bearing Nos.1-13, 1-14, 1-15, 1-15/A, 1-19, 2-27, 2-28, 8-16, 8-17, 8-33 and 8-34 situated at Kodurupaka Village of Boinpalli Mandal, Karimnagar District. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that though the award was passed in the year 2013 and thereafter, the possession was taken, till date the petitioners did not receive any compensation.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, I hereby direct the respondents to pay the awarded amount within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
