C.R.P. No.3687 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision petition has been filed stating that the petitioner is a third party, proposed 39th defendant in O.S. No.59 of 2006 wherein he filed I.A. No.180 of 2015 under Order I Rule 10 CPC seeking to implead him to the suit as the 39th defendant.

As could be seen, there is no impugned order in the present revision and this revision petition is filed on the ground that the Court below is not passing any orders in the said application, which is not maintainable. In that view of the matter, this revision petition is dismissed on the ground of maintainability.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
