The grievance of the petitioner is that he was not selected and appointment order is not issued to him though he secured sufficient merit for the post of Stipendiary Cadet Trainee Police Constable, in Telangana State Special Police, on account of not awarding correct marks in long jump.

Learned Government pleader, on instructions, submits that petitioner's name is already included in the provisional select list and he was informed to download the application. 4.

In view of the said statement of learned Government Pleader, no further orders are required and accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
