Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that eversince the date of the order the petitioner is abiding by the conditions imposed by this Court which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this Application is allowed and the condition imposed by this court in Crl.Petition No.10044 of 2021, dt.24.01.2022 directing the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crimes Police Station, Hyderabad on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 12.00 PM till the charge sheet is filed, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner/Accused is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crimes Police Station, Hyderabad on every first Sunday of every month between 10.00 AM and 12.00 PM till filing of the charge sheet.
