THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4797 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.6 in C.C.No.68 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Rajahmundry.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as sought for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
