ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the election notice of the 3rd respondent dated 28.06.2012 for
conduct election to the Tribal Fishermen Cooperative Society, Pullur, Garla Mandal, Khammam District as bad, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and rules made thereunder apart from the bye-laws of the society and also offends Arts. 14, and 21 of the Constitution of India" At the hearing, Ms. N. Kesavi Kumari, learned counsel representing Ms. M. Vidyavathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of this submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.25799 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
