ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue appropriate writ or order more particularly one in nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent-bank not to proceed against the petitioner under Section-13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, without following the process of law."

A perusal of the proceeding sheet shows that the case has undergone 13 adjournments. On 22.8.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present when the case was called. Therefore, the case has

been posted under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his case.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.4738 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
