HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 41457 OF 2016 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services submits that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.(TR) Nos.2929 and 4820 of 2017 dated 06.07.2017.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that following the aforesaid order dated 06.07.2017 the names of the petitioners therein were considered in the Departmental Promotion Committee and that the same relief may be extended to the petitioner herein.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 06.07.2017 in W.P.(TR) Nos.2929 and 4820 of 2017 and the case of the petitioner may be considered for the promotion on par with the petitioners in the aforesaid writ petition, if he has got requisite eligibility and qualification. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
