Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the Memo No.DEE/O/MTM/ADM/JAO/U2/D.No.464/17 dt.22.03.2017 issued by the 1st respondent dismissing the petitioner from service.

Counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner had preferred an appeal to the 2nd respondent on 03.05.2017 and that the said appeal is pending with the 2nd respondent. 3.

Smt J.Koteshwari Devi, Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 03.05.2017 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
